SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from Thelansis, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our website, new reports, and other updates.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information will not be saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our store and its service providers handle credit card information securely.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping is not applicable for business.

Our reports and other deliverables are sent via email and encrypted share drive (in the case of large files).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thelansis believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if they are made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of sharing the deliverables with the client.
  • If you receive unsatisfactory deliverables, please report them to our Customer Service team at clientsupport@thelansis.com. After looking into your complaint, the customer service team will make an appropriate decision.
  • If Thelansis approves any refunds, it’ll take 3-4 days to be processed to the end customer.
